At Fleetenergies, we're committed to helping the logistics industry reduce its environmental impact through Rilco2, our advanced carbon reporting SaaS platform. By partnering with top shippers and carriers, we're setting the standard in logistics carbon reporting and helping our clients streamline Scope 3 emissions data for compliance and sustainability efforts. We are looking for a Talent Success Specialist with a strong understanding of the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process of the new employees.Role Overview :

Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible experience for the talents recruited by Fleetenergies (operational staff, developers, product owners, etc.) from their onboarding and throughout their integration process. As part of the HR department, you'll also be involved in recruitment and event management. You will be working on a daily basis with all teams (HR, Operations, Product Development, Product Management, Sales&Marketing, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :

- Talent Acquisition

Participate in the talent recruitment process: draft and publish the jobposts, qualify profiles, conduct initial interviews, etc.

Assist the HR Director in activities related to talent planning and management.

Respond to talent requests as quickly as possible to deliver a high-quality experience.

- Talent onboarding

Manage the preparation of the new employee's equipment and IT environment

Prepare the new employee's integration into the teams and the business

Welcome new talent and prepare equipment if necessary

Conduct onboarding meetings with newly recruited talent

Standardize integration paths for different jobs

- Talent satisfaction

Manage talent satisfaction: analyze feedback, propose ideas for improvement and implement corresponding measures

Assist the HR Director in managing career paths.

- Event management

Organize and manage corporate events.

Le profil recherché

Requirements :

With a degree in HR Management or equivalent experience, you have successfully completed your first internship or apprenticeship in a dynamic environment with a recruitment/consulting firm or in a corporate HR, Sales or Operations department.
