This is more than a controlling role; it is a strategic mission to steer our most ambitious Transformation and Digital journeys. You will be the financial architect behind the systems and processes that define our future, providing the insight and foresight necessary to drive high-stakes decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.You will manage a team of 5 people.Your main responsibilities are:EII - IM Run Costs (€200m)Drumbeat IM recurring costs (in France, Germany and Spain) to secure adherence to target and deliver the financial reporting (monthly excl Jan & July),Build the proper planning (OP and Budget) and deliver monthly Rolling Forecast and 3 YE forecastsBe responsible for the IM chargeback to functions (in France and Germany) and intercompany cost rebalancingParticipate to CFTs as finance focal point and support all improvement initiatives targeting saving (SCORE)Secure EII Function cost follow-up and good delta recovery adherenceFollow-up the BCase for the IM Insourcing project (up to 2029) and secure expected savingsAlign with the IM group finance team on the Group CFT and specific project and processesCPP Portfolio Controlling (€225m - 180 projects)In deep collaboration with the CPP Portfolio responsible secure projects adherence to Target and proper company arbitrationSupport the Portfolio responsible in his task of process definition and arbitration processManage all stakeholder (Function representatives / Technical authorities / Finance focal point) and be the single source of Truth for all dataDeliver the financial reporting (monthly excl Jan & July) of the 4 layers incl detail per projectsBuild the proper planning (OP) after project arbitration and deliver monthly Rolling Forecast and 3 YE forecasts after intermediate arbitration loopIn all that you will have to secure the saving estimation for each projects and the function adherence in including them in their OPSecure the proper yearly German/France cost rebalancing for major projects financed centrally (Group Cost) and support the Blaue Mappe audit review in GermanyProject controller of NewERP (€45m ) DDMS (€20m) and other Digital/Transfo Projects (45m€ - 65 projects)Be the safeguard of the Business case and its evolutions / EaC for major projects and secure saving traceabilityDeliver for all projects the monthly reporting to the project team and secure planning (OP and 3 FCs), Secure year end landing in adherence to target.Ensure the proper capitalisation of cost for ERP & DDPS and align with the Group on rechargingEIA / E / L / T Function controlling and IM Capex (€20m) ControllingSecure reporting and planning for the EI other scopeSecure IM capex arbitration and project follow, Asset follow-up, proper EiS and planning of depreciation schemeDigital Innovation ControllingSupport the Digital innovation team in defining project financial assessment and RoI expected (including Artificial Intelligence projects)Your profileA Visionary Business Partner: You possess a natural ability to challenge the status quo and provide strategic clarity in complex financial environments.A Digital Enthusiast: You are genuinely passionate about digital transformation and how it reshapes global industry standards.An Influential Leader: With exceptional stakeholder management skills, you navigate cross-functional relationships with ease and have a proven track record of developing talent.Analytical Mastermind: Your financial and controlling expertise is matched by your curiosity and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights under pressure.English mandatory, French and/or German is a plus3 Reasons to join us:Our: Six essential values form the core of our company.
